This trail takes you into the marsh & into scrubby flatwoods. The trail maybe under acouple inches of wtaer in certain times of the year.
From Crystal River head towards Homosassa on US19. Turn Left onto Fort Island Trail (SR 44W), turn Left on Dixie Shores Blvd. The trailhead will be on the Left as soon as you turn on the road.
